Job Description

We are on the lookout for a strategic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality outcomes. This role demands excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of project management, from inception to completion.
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Utilise project management tools to track progress and deliverables.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Ensure adherence to project methodologies and organisational policies.
  • Prepare and manage budgets while ensuring projects remain within financial constraints.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and capture lessons learned.
  • Support the development of junior team members through coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
