Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service by communicating effectively with musicians about their instrument needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of reed instruments and provide clients with detailed repair estimates.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve repair processes and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment efficiently during repairs.
• Participate in training for new techniques and tools in the field of musical instrument repair.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in instrument repair is highly preferred.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in repairing reed instruments or similar roles.

Languages
