Responsibilities
Ensure excellent customer service by communicating effectively with musicians about their instrument needs.
Conduct thorough assessments of reed instruments and provide clients with detailed repair estimates.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve repair processes and customer satisfaction.
Utilize specialized tools and equipment efficiently during repairs.
Participate in training for new techniques and tools in the field of musical instrument repair.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Formal training in instrument repair is highly preferred.
Experience
2-4 years of experience in repairing reed instruments or similar roles.
