Job Description

The Acid Patroller will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining acid levels in various industrial processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that the quality of the end product complies with stringent standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols while handling acids.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on chemical equipment.
  • Work closely with quality control teams to ensure standards are met.
  • Document all processes and maintain clear communication with supervisors.
  • Participate in safety training and emergency drills.
  • Facilitate team meetings to discuss operational improvements.
  • Monitor inventory levels of chemicals and report shortages.
  • Assist with training new employees on safety practices.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in chemical safety preferred
Experience
  • Knowledge of chemical processes and safety regulations.
Technical Skills
  • Use of safety equipment
  • Use of pH meters and chemical scales

Certifications
  • First Aid Certification

Languages
