E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated E-commerce Manager to oversee our online retail strategy in Cardiff. You will be responsible for managing the online sales team, optimising the customer journey, and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage comprehensive online marketing strategies to increase traffic.
• Conduct A/B testing on various product pages to optimise conversion rates.
• Evaluate and implement new e-commerce technologies for improved performance.
• Build strong relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Lead promotional initiatives from conception to execution and analyse effectiveness.
• Develop online merchandising strategies that align with our brand identity.
• Work with the IT team to resolve technical issues affecting online operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• MBA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing

• PPC Advertising
