Responsibilities

• Create and validate molecular models for various compounds.
• Conduct molecular dynamics simulations and interpret the resulting data.
• Work closely with chemists and biologists to integrate molecular modeling into broader research initiatives.
• Implement novel methodologies to enhance modeling processes.
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports on modeling methodologies and results.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in molecular modeling or related field

Technical Skills

• PyMOL
• VMD

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of protein-ligand interactions: Expertise in studying interactions between proteins and small molecule ligands.
• Experience in molecular docking techniques: Hands-on experience with molecular docking and binding affinity calculations.
