Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Metal Bumper Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in metal fabrication and will be tasked with various responsibilities related to the manufacturing and fitting of metal bumpers.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software to assist in the design of metal bumpers.
• Work closely with the engineering team for design modifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace.
• Report any issues or defects in materials or equipment to management.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production schedules and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Metal Fabrication or Automotive Engineering

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Advanced Welding Techniques
• Assembly Line Experience

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Welding Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to Operate CNC Machinery: Experience in using CNC programming for accurate fabrication.
• Experience in Quality Assurance Processes: Familiarity with QA methodologies in a production environment.
