We are seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Manager to oversee our cybersecurity operations in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cybersecurity professionals, implementing security protocols, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

  • Oversee all cybersecurity operations, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of risks.
  • Establish and enforce security policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Conduct threat intelligence analysis and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage security audits and compliance assessments, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Lead training initiatives to enhance the cybersecurity awareness of employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate security into their operations.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with third-party cybersecurity service providers.
  • Facilitate incident tabletop exercises to prepare teams for real-world scenarios.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior cybersecurity role
