Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, or Tender, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining chemical production equipment to ensure consistent product quality. This role demands a keen eye for detail and adherence to strict safety regulations. Experience in a similar field will provide a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust blending equipment to specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot equipment errors and maintain records.
• Minimise waste and ensure efficient use of materials.
• Assist in maintaining stock levels of raw materials.
• Work alongside quality control personnel to uphold product standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Impactfully contribute to a positive safety culture.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a related role.

Technical Skills

• SCADA systems
• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent
