We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Glasgow. This role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they meet all specifications and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering principles, project management, and a passion for sustainable design.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and designs using CAD software.
• Collaborate with environmental scientists to promote sustainable practices.
• Train and mentor junior staff and interns in civil engineering methods.
• Prepare and submit planning applications to local authorities.
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests of materials and structures.
• Represent the company at meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Produce reports and presentations to communicate project progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred

• 5+ years of relevant experience
