An Air Export Logistics Manager is responsible for managing air freight operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating logistics processes efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of air cargo regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee air export operations ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Develop relationships with air carriers to negotiate service contracts and rates.
• Train and manage a team of logistics professionals.
• Analyse performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Manage customs compliance and documentation effectively.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Professional certification in logistics is preferred (e.g. CIPS, CILT)

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in air freight forwarding or logistics management
