Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to resolve technical issues.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and solutions.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in maintaining IT inventory and asset management.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a support role
