UX Strategy Consultant

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a driven UX Strategy Consultant to help define and implement user-centered design strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product usability and overall user satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong background in UX research, design thinking, and a proven track record of improving customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assess and refine UX processes for continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior team members in UX methodologies and principles.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure cohesive brand experiences.
• Organise and conduct usability testing sessions with target users.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Design, or a related field
• Master's degree in relevant field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design or strategy roles

Certifications

• Human Factors and Usability Engineering Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in HTML/CSS: Basic knowledge of web technologies to collaborate effectively with developers.
