Job Description

As an Online Educator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging educational content to our students. Your responsibilities will include designing lesson plans, conducting live sessions, and ensuring that learners receive the support they need to succeed in an online environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and experience in teaching in a digital format.

Responsibilities

• Create and curate educational content for diverse learners.
• Facilitate online discussions and engage students in collaborative projects.
• Identify at-risk students and provide additional support.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Coordinate with educational stakeholders to ensure curriculum standards.
• Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Educational Technology preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of teaching and online course design experience

• Adobe Creative Suite

Certifications

• Certified Online Instructor (COI)

Languages
