Claims Specialist

Job Description

As a Claims Specialist, you'll manage insurance claims for our diverse clientele while ensuring top-tier customer service throughout the entire claims process. This role requires strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail to navigate and evaluate claims efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review complex claims to determine validity and coverage.
• Consult with legal and compliance teams as necessary.
• Provide expert advice and support to colleagues regarding claims processing.
• Ensure timely communication with clients and stakeholders regarding claim status.
• Assist in the development of procedures to enhance claims efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Insurance
• Professional certifications (e.g. AIC, ARM) are preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims handling or relevant field
