Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Glasgow by managing schedules, facilitating communications, and assisting in meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute sales reports on a weekly basis.
  • Liaise with various departments to support sales initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain sales documentation and contracts.
  • Actively follow up on leads and opportunities.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Implement and manage sales campaigns effectively.
  • Create engaging content for sales presentations and communications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing preferred
Experience
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an asset
