Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of patient information systems.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for patient billing.
  • Monitor and evaluate healthcare service delivery efficiently.
  • Provide training and orientation for new administrative staff.
  • Ensure timely processing of patient admissions and discharges.
  • Develop reports on healthcare operations for management review.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives within the facility.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • MBA in Healthcare Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration
