Job Description

As an Event Planner at Creative Events Ltd., you will play a crucial role in organising and delivering a range of events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, manage budgets, and coordinate logistics to bring each event to life seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all logistical aspects of events from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract participants.
• Design event layouts and set up according to client specifications.
• Ensure all equipment and materials needed for the event are procured and arranged.
• Assist in the development of event proposals that align with client expectations.
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients throughout the event planning process.
• Supervise event staff and volunteers to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare event reports and financial summaries for review.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Identify trends in the event planning industry to stay competitive.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Advanced diploma in event management preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in large-scale event planning
