We are seeking a talented Architectural Draftsperson to join our Liverpool team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural drafting and design, proficiency in CAD software, and a passion for creating exceptional architectural layouts. You will work closely with architects and project managers to execute design concepts while adhering to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Convert conceptual designs into technical drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers and other specialists to integrate design features.
• Utilize software tools to visualize projects in 3D.
• Provide technical support to project managers during project execution.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design and drafting

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Building Information Modelling (BIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
