We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Pharmacist to join our busy pharmacy in Liverpool. You will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, dispensing medications, and counselling patients on their health needs. Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Consult with prescribers for clarifications and recommendations.
• Implement patient medication therapy management plans.
• Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy protocols.
• Conduct quality assurance activities to improve pharmacy services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Pharm.D or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy environment

• Medication Management

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist (RPh)
• CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in immunization administration: Familiarity with immunisation protocols and vaccination administration.
• Knowledge of OTC products: Strong understanding of over-the-counter medications and health products.
