We are looking for an experienced Brand Activation Manager to join our team in Oxford. This pivotal role involves developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand management and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Strategise and execute comprehensive brand activation initiatives.
  • Lead team brainstorming sessions to foster creative solutions.
  • Develop promotional materials and digital content for campaigns.
  • Evaluate brand performance metrics and make strategic recommendations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • MBA is an advantage

  • 5+ years in brand marketing with a focus on activation
