Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, brand management, and market analysis. You will be instrumental in driving campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate marketing strategies that enhance brand loyalty and visibility.
  • Lead a team in executing campaigns while monitoring progress and performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive market analysis and reports for management.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging marketing content.
  • Develop digital marketing strategies that incorporate SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Report directly to the CMO, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Cultivate relationships with media and partners to amplify marketing efforts.
  • Ensure all marketing practices adhere to industry regulations.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing collateral.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • A Master's degree in Marketing is preferred

  • 5+ years in a senior marketing role with a focus on digital strategies
