As a Shoe Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and tending machines that bind cords and assemble footwear. Your eye for detail and precision are crucial to producing high-quality products that meet our standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct operation of machines and tools used in shoe production.
• Follow specifications for binding methods and design patterns.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve issues.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in footwear manufacturing.
• Record and report on daily production activities and outputs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in machine operation highly regarded

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within footwear or textile manufacturing is a plus.
