Job Description
As a Shoe Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and tending machines that bind cords and assemble footwear. Your eye for detail and precision are crucial to producing high-quality products that meet our standards.
Responsibilities
Ensure the correct operation of machines and tools used in shoe production.
Follow specifications for binding methods and design patterns.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve issues.
Stay updated with the latest trends in footwear manufacturing.
Record and report on daily production activities and outputs.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational training in machine operation highly regarded
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role within footwear or textile manufacturing is a plus.
