We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to be part of our vibrant team in Manchester. The role involves designing and implementing mechanical systems, conducting tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product performance.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed mechanical designs using engineering software.
• Analyse project requirements and specifications.
• Engage in prototype development and testing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to streamline production.
• Provide technical support and guidance during project execution.
• Document design changes and updates.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members.
• Participate in design reviews and process improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate and select materials for engineering applications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Certifications
