We are seeking a User Experience Research Lead to steer our user research initiatives and enhance the design process. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UX methodologies and a passion for improving user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform design choices.
• Advocate for users by communicating their needs and preferences effectively.
• Develop user experience principles and guidelines based on research findings.
• Monitor and report on user experience metrics to track improvements over time.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in UX research
