Job Description
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Grill Cook to join our kitchen brigade. Your primary role will involve preparing and cooking a wide array of grilled dishes to perfection while ensuring exceptional food quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and grill a variety of meats, vegetables, and seafood to perfection.
Ensure the grill station is clean, organized, and meets all health and safety standards.
Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and smooth service.
Assist in managing food inventory and rotating stock.
Continuously evaluate cooking processes and suggest improvements.
Engage with customers and address any special requests or dietary needs.
Requirements
Education
Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 or similar
Culinary diploma from a recognised institution
Experience
At least 2 years of professional cooking experience, specifically in grilling.
