Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities at our Bristol facility. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and driving operational efficiency. We're looking for a hands-on leader who is passionate about aircraft safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance operations to ensure aircraft safety and reliability.
• Work closely with compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.
• Implement training programmes to elevate team skills and knowledge.
• Prepare budgets and manage maintenance costs effectively.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians for career development.
• Engage with external partners for maintenance support and services.

Requirements

Education

• HNC/HND in Aircraft Maintenance or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in aircraft maintenance

Certifications

• Part 145 Maintenance Organisation approval
• ISO 9001 Certification preferred
