We are seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join our IT Support team in Bristol. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure while providing top-notch support to our users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with systems administration, network management, and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure server-based applications and services.
• Ensure seamless network operations and connectivity.
• Implement security measures to safeguard data and systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and procedures.
• Manage relationships with third-party IT service providers and contractors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
• Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering
