Responsibilities

• Write and edit clear technical documentation for software solutions.
• Develop content standards and best practices for documentation across products.
• Create visual aids like diagrams and screenshots to enhance documentation.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation aligns with releases.
• Foster a style guide to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a technical writing position

Technical Skills

• User Documentation

Languages

• English: Fluent
