Job Description

We are seeking a Flight Operations Planner to join our dynamic team in East Kilbride. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing flight operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and improving operational efficiency. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational processes to enhance safety and efficiency.
  • Communicate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with aviation laws.
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in safety audits and risk management assessments.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for operational needs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives within the operations department.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation or Transport Management
Experience
  • 3-5 years in aviation operations or related planning roles
