Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Vine Fruit Farming Supervisor to manage our vineyard operations. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in grape cultivation and a proven track record of supervising farm workers to produce the highest quality vine fruits.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of vineyard operations from planting to harvest.
  • Lead and motivate the vineyard team while managing day-to-day tasks.
  • Conduct regular checks on equipment for efficiency.
  • Utilize weather forecasts to manage farming strategies proactively.
  • Ensure quality standards are met in grape production.
  • Document and report vineyard metrics, yields, and resource allocation.
  • Work with wine production teams to coordinate harvesting schedules.
  • Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
  • Stay informed of advancements in vineyard management and implement best practices.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and professional growth within the vineyard.
