Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pneumatic Jacketer to join our passionate team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain pneumatic jacketing equipment while ensuring quality insulation of pipes and vessels. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety is essential.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal using various equipment.
• Perform accurate measurements to ensure precision in fabrication.
• Operate and maintain machinery such as shears and welding equipment.
• Weld or join metal parts to construct or repair components.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Work collaboratively with design and engineering teams.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Sheet Metal Work
• Apprenticeship in Sheet Metal Fabrication or related field

Experience

• 3+ years experience in relevant field.

• Mechanical Aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent
