Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee a comprehensive cybersecurity governance framework.
• Direct the response to security incidents, leading investigations and forensics as necessary.
• Implement continuous improvement practices for security processes and tools.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding data protection.
• Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
• Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall security posture.
• Manage cybersecurity budgets and resource allocations effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree (Cyber Security preferred)
• Master's degree in Cyber Security or relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• Proven experience in leading cyber security initiatives in large organizations
