Job Description

As a Billing Manager, you will oversee the entire billing process, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and timely submissions to our clients. You will lead a team of billing clerks and implement strategies to enhance our billing efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the collections process, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
  • Develop reporting tools to track billing performance metrics.
  • Facilitate communication between billing and operations teams to ensure smooth processes.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions for billing challenges.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss challenges, updates, and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all billing transactions.
  • Support the Finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Professional certification is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years in billing, with 2+ years in a senior or managerial role.
