Job Description
As a Billing Manager, you will oversee the entire billing process, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and timely submissions to our clients. You will lead a team of billing clerks and implement strategies to enhance our billing efficiency.
Responsibilities
Manage the collections process, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
Develop reporting tools to track billing performance metrics.
Facilitate communication between billing and operations teams to ensure smooth processes.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions for billing challenges.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss challenges, updates, and strategies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all billing transactions.
Support the Finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
Professional certification is an advantage
Experience
5+ years in billing, with 2+ years in a senior or managerial role.
