Job Description

As a Supply Chain Analyst at Dynamic Solutions Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in optimising our supply chain operations. You will analyse data, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to improve our processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve supply chain workflows.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on supply chain best practices.
• Create dashboards to visualise supply chain performance data.
• Liaise with internal teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
• Identify bottlenecks within the supply chain and propose solutions.
• Prepare and present findings to senior management.
• Support procurement in supplier evaluations.
• Monitor freight costs and negotiate rates with carriers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain roles

Technical Skills

• Supply Chain Software
• Forecasting Techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Negotiation

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Certified Logistics Associate (CLA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
