Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Social Media Manager to elevate our brand’s online presence. You will be responsible for developing engaging content strategies, managing social media platforms, and driving audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of social media dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive social media marketing plans.

  • Analyse social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Foster community interaction to build brand loyalty.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Increase followers and engagement through targeted campaigns.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for high-quality content.
  • Report monthly on social media analytics and performance.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

  • 5+ years of social media experience with a proven track record
