Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our users, providing exceptional support and troubleshooting issues related to hardware and software. Your expertise will help us maintain efficient IT operations across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to staff for all IT issues.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in active directories.
  • Implement IT security measures across all systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend IT tools and solutions to improve productivity.
  • Conduct regular IT system checks and maintenance.
  • Liaise with IT support vendors to resolve complex issues.
  • Assist with system upgrades and migration projects.
  • Educate staff on best practices for IT security and compliance.
  • Engage in ongoing training for personal and professional development.
  • Foster a service-oriented environment within the IT department.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Other relevant certifications in IT support are beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing IT support roles
