Job Description

We are on the hunt for an IT Support Technician to join our Bristol office. The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical support to our staff, resolve IT issues promptly, and ensure a seamless tech experience across our organisation. Responsibilities

  • Support daily IT operations and provide user support.
  • Assist with software installation and updates.
  • Maintain system performance and execute regular system checks.
  • Develop user training materials for new software and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to team meetings focused on improving IT services.
  • Coordinate with external IT support as necessary.
  • Foster a positive user experience across all IT interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Advanced qualifications or relevant certifications
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support roles
