Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences across our digital platforms. You will conduct user research, develop wireframes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs. Responsibilities

  • Analyse competitive products and conduct heuristic evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work alongside marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in user experiences.
  • Refine design approaches based on performance metrics and user analytics.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.
  • Foster a culture of user-centric design across the organization.
  • Train and mentor junior UX designers in best practices.
  • Facilitate user feedback sessions to iterate on product designs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design or related field
  • Experience in UX research is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design
