Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Fitness Instructor to join our vibrant team at Health & Wellness Gym in Sheffield. The successful candidate will motivate and guide clients through fitness routines, ensuring a safe and engaging workout environment. You will be responsible for designing personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized exercise regimens based on client assessments.
• Instruct clients on proper exercise technique and form.
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess client progress.
• Create engaging fitness workshops and community events.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic workout environment.
• Provide support and motivation to help clients meet their fitness objectives.
• Collaborate with gym management to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in the fitness industry
