Stoker Installer

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Stoker Installer to join our team. The Stoker Installer will be responsible for installing and maintaining stoker equipment for residential and commercial clients. This role requires a strong understanding of stoker systems, safety regulations, and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Install stoker equipment for residential and commercial clients.
• Conduct routine checks and preventative maintenance on stoker systems.
• Resolve system issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with project managers and technicians.
• Document all activities to maintain comprehensive service records.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in HVAC or a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in stoker system installation and maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Experience with advanced stoker systems and automation

Soft Skills

• Excellent customer service skills

Certifications

• Further qualifications in HVAC or related fields

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in customer service and providing technical support: Background in client interaction and support roles.
