Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Regulatory Analyst to join our team in Swindon. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with various regulations and standards while contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement in compliance processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to facilitate compliance initiatives.
• Support risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Report on regulatory compliance activities to management.
• Assist in the resolution of compliance-related issues.
• Ensure that training programs are effective and comprehensive.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field
• A qualification in Regulatory Compliance is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs

• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in the financial services sector: Background in financial regulations and compliance.
