Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX Researcher to join our dynamic team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will lead user research initiatives to enhance our products, ensuring they meet and exceed user expectations. With a focus on providing insights through qualitative and quantitative research methods, you will play a critical role in our design processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with team members.
• Document research processes and maintain up-to-date records of findings.
• Suggest enhancements based on usability testing results.
• Engage with users to understand their challenges and needs.
• Provide mentorship to junior researchers on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in user research or UX design

Technical Skills

• Interaction Design
• Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
