Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Manager who will oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop construction strategies and identify potential risks in projects.
  • Manage budgeting, procurement, and forecasting to ensure project profitability.
  • Engage with local authorities and stakeholders for project approvals and permits.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and train junior managers and site workers to elevate their skills.
  • Establish project milestones and monitor progress against goals.
  • Maintain records of project expenses and provide financial reports to senior management.

Advantageous

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD: Experience in using AutoCAD for designing construction plans.
  • CPD training certifications: Continuous professional development certifications are a plus.
