Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Control and Warning Systems, Weapons Director to lead our team in ensuring the effective operation and management of advanced control and warning systems for aerospace weapons systems.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of control and warning systems.
Assist in the design and simulation of aerospace control systems.
Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements.
Participate in training programmes for new technologies and systems.
Implement quality assurance practices in all operations.
Coordinate with project managers to meet project timelines.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
Advanced degrees preferred
Experience
5+ years in leadership roles related to aerospace systems

Military aerospace operations knowledge
