Job Description

We are in search of an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills to resolve a variety of IT issues while providing excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical difficulties.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of support for all IT-related queries.
  • Setup and configure user accounts and permissions.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve technical skills.
  • Assist in managing software licenses and compliance.
  • Document and report on trends in client inquiries to improve service.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support roles
