Job Description

A Burial Agent is responsible for coordinating burial services, ensuring proper documentation, managing cemetery plots, and providing essential support to grieving families. This role requires strong empathy and organizational skills to navigate sensitive situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise burial services from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are handled with care.
• Engage with grieving families to provide support and information tailored to their needs.
• Prepare necessary documentation for burial services and ensure its accuracy.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners for service coordination.
• Conduct follow-ups with families to ensure satisfaction post-service.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain an organized record of all burial services conducted.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in funeral services or cemetery management is desirable

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field

Technical Skills

• GPS and mapping software

• Ability to work under pressure

Languages

• English: Fluent
