Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process from concept through to completion.
• Utilize 3D modelling software to present design ideas.
• Ensure that all architectural projects adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Foster collaboration and communication among project teams to achieve project goals.
• Provide mentorship to junior architects and interns in the firm.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Master's degree in Urban Design is an asset

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Building Information Modelling (BIM)

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Chartered Architect
• Sustainability Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience managing construction projects: Hands-on experience coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
• Knowledge of landscape architecture: Familiarity with principles of landscape design and integration.
