Job Description

Looking for an experienced Rolling Machine Setter to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining steel rolling machines to produce high-quality rolled products according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control rolling machinery effectively to meet production targets.
• Inspect products for quality defects and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain machinery cleanliness and perform routine checks.
• Collaborate with quality control personnel to ensure product specifications are met.
• Document machine performance and production output regularly.
• Provide feedback on machine performance to improve processes.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures.
• Participate in safety drills and maintain safety protocols.
• Continuously seek improvements in machine operations.
• Train and orient new staff as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in metalwork or manufacturing preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing or steel-related roles is essential.
