Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales initiatives, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead account planning sessions to ensure alignment on goals.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales forecasts.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Conduct client training sessions on product usage and benefits.
