Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Technical Writer to create clear and comprehensive documentation for our software products. The successful candidate will have a knack for breaking down complex concepts into simple, user-friendly content, ensuring that both technical and non-technical stakeholders can understand our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and edit technical documentation for consistency and clarity.
• Engage with users to gather feedback on existing documentation and make improvements.
• Support the team by writing clear and concise documentation for software releases.
• Facilitate workshops or sessions to collect information for documentation.
• Ensure that all documentation is properly versioned and archived.
• Help train new team members on documentation processes and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation in a technology environment
